Join the NKF of Northern Ohio in an effort to raise awareness and funds for kidney patients on dialysis!
 

In honor of World Kidney Month, NKF’s board members are coming together to create care packages for dialysis patients.  The more money raised, the more impact YOU can make for our dialysis patient community!
 

Here are a few ways you can support the efforts this year: 
 

• A personal contribution earns you social media recognition of contributing to a great cause our social media platforms (name and photo included)!
   
• A sponsorship at the $250 level, gives your company logo inclusion inside the care packages and 1 social media post.
   
• A sponsorship at the $1,000 level, will allow your company logo on our National Drive for Dialysis platform, a branded item inside the care packages, along with logo inclusion on multiple social media posts.
