This year for my 8th birthday I am not asking for toys or gifts, in the alternative, I am asking family and friends to donate to the National Kidney Foundation. 

This past year, I had the opportunity to be in connection with the National Kidney Foundation. From that, I have become inspired by people’s stories and wishes to spread awareness about kidney disease. 

My boxing coaches, Wilson Du and Amy McCanne, are both active members of NKF. They are commitment to give back to community every chance they have. I was lucky to attend a few of their events. My biggest takeaway was: The great gift you can ever receive is knowing you have positively helped someone in need.  With that, I ask you to donate to my birthday fundraiser.
