Join the NKF Serving Maryland & Delaware in an effort to raise awareness and funds for kidney patients on dialysis!
 

In honor of the GIVING SEASON, NKF’s board members are coming together to create care packages for dialysis patients.  The more money raised, the more impact YOU can make for our dialysis patient community!
 

How to Support:
 

· A personal contribution of any amount earns you the social media recognition of contributing to a great cause.

· A sponsorship at the $500 level, gives your company a logo inside the care packages and 1 social media post.
 

· A sponsorship at the $1,000 level, will allow your company a logo inside the care packages, a branded item from your company inside the care packages, and logo inclusion on multiple social media posts.

*Deadline for sponsor benefits is October 9, 2023.

Why Support?
There are more than 100,000 new patients diagnosed with end-stage renal disease in the U.S. each year. For many of these individuals facing kidney failure, dialysis is a lifeline. It not only extends life, but also enhances its quality by improving appetite and other symptoms. But spending up to four (4) hours per day, three to four per week sitting in the same chair, in the same room can be mentally and physically taxing. In addition to boredom, many patients feel cold during treatment, or experience other side effects including low blood pressure, nausea, headaches or dizziness.
 
Supporting a Drive for Dialysis will provide patients in your community with care packages to brighten their spirits and make the long-hours of treatment a little more bearable.
